It is my honor to invite each of you to join us for
the celebration of learning to take place October 6th
in our fair lands, about which you have already heard.
 It is now my honor to extend invitation also to
festivities both Friday and Saturday evenings, and to
offer assistance with locating an inn appropriate for
your stay.  

A website has been developed to keep you up-to-date on
the latest arrangements and details.  Information
includes lodgings options, eating establishments,
directions, and a map of the campus.  The address is

Friday night we will hold a Pas d'Arms for the heavy
fighters and a torchlight tournament for the rapier
fighters.  Saturday during the day we will provide a
wonderful lunch, and hold a hold a silent auction of
items made by members of the Shire.  Saturday night we
will hold a post-revel with dancing and desserts.  

We have arranged cabin space for those who wish at the
same location as the post-revel.  Those who wish to so
reside, please contact me directly.  Other housing
