<BR>Winter loosens its icy grasp, and Spring is here. &nbsp;Come, make merry, and go a 
<BR>little MAD in Misty Marsh as we herald in the Spring with a "Come as You 
<BR>AREN'T" party! &nbsp;&nbsp;That's right - throw caution to the wind! &nbsp;And, just for a 
<BR>little while, throw your persona out the window! &nbsp;Come as someone you are 
<BR>NOT! &nbsp;
<BR>
<BR><B><U>Fighting:</B></U> &nbsp;Those who would take up arms may test their skills in a number of &nbsp;
<BR>ways, with a &nbsp;bear pit, and melees planned. &nbsp;&nbsp;Non-fighters can team up for a 
<BR>Bocce Tournament.
<BR>
<BR><B><U>Arts &amp; Sciences:</B></U> &nbsp;We have all gone a bit mad, and our competitions will be 
<BR>based on this premise. &nbsp;(1) &nbsp;All items with fur -- trimmed, lined, or other 
<BR>(for those who are mad as a march hare), (2) Head pieces (for those mad as a 
<BR>hatter), &nbsp;(3) Embellishments (for those who are moonstruck - a synonym for 
<BR>mad), &nbsp;and &nbsp;(4) Open. &nbsp;&nbsp;During Feast, there will be a performance competition 
<BR>for Most Creative Request for a Kiss (for those who are madly in Love). &nbsp;
<BR>There will also be a prize for the one who embodies someone most different 
<BR>from their usual persona. &nbsp;Hone up your skills for a bardic circle following 
<BR>feast. &nbsp;
<BR>
<BR><B><U>Lunch</B></U> will be available during the day for a nominal fee, with proceeds to 
<BR>benefit the Barony of Hidden Mountain.
<BR>
<BR><B><U>The Feast:</B></U> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;will be a simple fare of Beef Stew (vegetarian available, but 
<BR>only if requested in advance), &nbsp;prepared by the Lady Lina St. Albans (Arlene 
<BR>Adams), contact her for dietary concerns at

<BR><B><U>Site</B></U>: &nbsp;Camp Juniper at Cheraw State Park, 100 State Park Rd. Cheraw, SC. &nbsp;&nbsp;
<BR>Site opens at 5pm on Friday and closes at Noon on Sunday. &nbsp;Merchants are most 
<BR>welcome.
<BR>The site is BONE DRY. &nbsp;Cabins are available on a first come-first served 
<BR>basis only - &nbsp;4 beds per cabin.

<BR><B><U>Cost:</B></U> &nbsp;The cost is &nbsp;$18.00 after March 18 or at the door. &nbsp;On site/off board 
<BR>or off site/on board is $13.00 after March 18. &nbsp;Daytrip is $5.00 &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Children 
<BR>6 and under are half price. &nbsp;&nbsp;Make checks payable to Canton of Misty Marsh/

<BR><U>From the East:</U> &nbsp;&nbsp;From I-95 take exit 164 (Hwy 52) north toward Darlington. &nbsp;
<BR>Five miles from the exit, turn left on the bypass around Darlington. &nbsp;In 
<BR>Society Hill (23.6 miles from the exit), Hwy 52 bears left. &nbsp;The site is 
<BR>another 10 miles on your left. &nbsp;Use the "Camping/Boating" Entrance.

<BR><U>From the North, South, or West:</U> Consult a map. &nbsp;Take your best route to 
<BR>Cheraw, SC, then take Hwy 52 South. &nbsp;One and a half miles south of the
