Reverse the turn at the ramp: left.

To get to the Embassy Block: 

Turn right on Rose Ave from the library parking lot.
Turn left at your first opportunity (Chestnut Street)
Drive till you pass Montgomery Street (about two blocks, and there is a
stoplight there) and turn left on the next street which is Breckinridge.  
The Embassy Block will be to your left--look for a grassy area and gazebo.
Park on the street or in the concrete area at the end of the field.
