[MR] Pennsic Atlantian Calendar

Greetings! It's that time again - time to start adding things to the Pennsic
Atlantian Calendar, found at http://pennsic.atlantia.sca.org! If you know of
something that's of interest to Atlantians and happening at Pennsic, please
let me know so I can review adding it to the calendar!

While I can't add everything to the calendar, there are certain things that
should go on there, including anything that happens at Atlantian Royal,
State Dinners, Baronial Courts, the Gate Guard schedule, major battles, etc.
The Children's Fete, sponsored by Atlantia.
