Four salads from Rumpolt: Field Greens,  Cucumbers, Radishes, Eggs)

Second Course
Pork with two sauces, Sauce of Apples (aka Awesome sauce) and Pear Mustard
Rice cooked in vegetable broth Carrots in a butter sauce 

Third Course
Roast Chicken with Sauce of apples for small birds with saffron Black eyed
peas, simmered in broth 

Fourth Course
Cinnamon Tart and Strawberry tart.
