Submissions from Assessments (10-11-12 July) would typically be processed 
in August. I'm not precisely certain what Alisoun's intended processing 
schedule is for then, given that Pennsic is also in there.

Atlantian submissions done at Pennsic are handled in September, which is 
generally at least a month ahead of other kingdoms' Pennsic submissions. 
However, submissions received in July would be considered "ahead" of the 
Pennsic pile.

Given the timing involved, submissions from July that are returned in 
kingdom would *not* be sent back before Pennsic.

I'll leave it to Alisoun to elaborate, since she's the one who has the 
real scoop on this.
