Greetings all,

I was thinking that if there is going to be a herald present that they
might if there is time (not knowing how this is set up and the timing
of everything), set up a booth or something to help a group prepare
their paperwork for submission.  As I've been told submitting at
Pennsic can result in there being a longer wait time do to the number
of submissions at that time.  This would allow people to hopefully get
their paperwork set in before they get inudated and in if they do each
submission in order back sooner.  If there are conflicts they might
get it back before Pennsic so that they could submit it there.

Just an idea,
