Just 4 weekends until Kings Assessment at the Elchenburg Castle Site, July 10 - 12. I have been tasked with evaluating the Atlantian archers for war (Pennsic). Even if you are a pacifist and going to stay home and miss Pennsic COME OUT! You will get to shoot the same stations that are used for populace war points at Pennsic.

I will also have a variety of targets set out for the remainder of the shooting throughout the day. Bring some money. I will be selling 10 marbles/beads per bag for $1 to be used for challenge shooting. (If you are a really bad archer but rich, you can buy more bags.) You challenge anyone you want to to a shot. If they accept and you win, they have to give you a marble/bead. The archer with the most marbles/beads at the end of the day wins a really cool prize. The proceeds from this shoot will go towards the Ariel Travel For Treatment Fund. 

So is there an archer you would like to put down? Challenge them to a shot. "I bet I can hit that pie plate at 50 yards before you can." "You're on, big boy!" Winner gets the marble/bead. There is no limit to the challenges. They must be accepted by both archers and obviously be within the safety requirements. But other than that it's open field day shooting!
