[MR] Pre-Pennsic Authorization - Trade-in Clarification

Your Majesty, and fellow Atlantians,

Authorization cards from other kingdoms are not simply 'traded in' for Atlantian cards.  The Verification of Authorization still exists.  Those who have moved to Atlantia have three months to transfer their cards.  During that time period, the fighter should be attending practices and discussing Atlantian conventions with fellow fighters and Marshals.  When the time period is up (or sooner if they are ready), the fighter discuss the differences in rules conventions with the appropriate Marshals at the event/practice that they transferring their authorizations, just like a typical authorization.  Then the Marshal, fighter, and MOL transfer the appropriate authorizations from the other kingdom to Atlantian combat forms.

The best opportunities for our newest Atlantians to complete this process would be at the Novice/Challenge event this weekend, Summer War (July 4th) in Caer Mear as Sir Bryce mentioned, or at Assessments the following weekend.
