To the Organizers. Movers, and Shakers of The "Novice of the Heart", Donal Mac Ruiseart sends Greeting:



Some of us intend to day-trip the event.? Can someone please tell us when, at the earliest, the proceedings will begin on Saturday?? I, of course, am not eligible for the Novice Tourney (unless you count my recent authorization in two-weapon), and I know that authorizations and the Tourney will be?affected by how many and how fast, but please, give us a?target time for the authorizations, so we'll?know when we need to hit the road.
