Summer War fast approaches and I wish to extend my thanks to those who have sent in your pre-reservations.  Please continue sending your pre-reservations, especially if you wish to enjoy feast.  

As requests are coming in for day-shade field space, I wish to clarify this point.  For the comfort of the fighters and marshals, all of the fighting happening at the event will take place in the shaded areas of "ravine" and the woods.  There will not be a main list field as would normally occur at an event, and therefore, there is no area for dayshades.  

An event schedule will be forthcoming soon, as will a tentative feast menu.  

Reminders:  

Merchants should drop an email to melisentlaruse at yahoo.com just to let me know you will be in attendance and so I can arrange space for you. 

The event is "open camping," first come, first serve.  Pre-reservations are not required to reserve space for a group encampment.  

Pets are not permitted.  If you are coming and require the presence of a Service Dog, please contact the Autocrat in advance.  

Fire bowls are permitted as are fire pits, but fire pits must be fully turfed and the ashes from fire bowls must be completely saturated with water and dumped somewhere inconspicuous.
