She inludes "persian" as for eygpt, that is more african not middle
eastern to most, as for the turks, no idea they are middle eastern or
not but I think with the term Western asian, if you define "asian" as
any culture on Asia it would apply.  As for Muslim cultures, it's a
"middle East" theme not a "muslim" theme, so I would assume they only
care about the region, not that religon.  Though I would assume there
would be nothing wriong with making a religious garment from the
region.
