It's a great idea. I've thought about doing it before but just never got 
around to it. But given that there may be demand for such a service, 
perhaps the time is right to get it going.

Obviously, as a private venture, anyone who wants can do something like 
this. To avoid duplication of effort, however, I would like to know if 
anyone else is planning to work on this, and perhaps get in contact. 
Maybe we can coordinate our efforts.
