[MR] Knife and Sword transport laws

I'm going to agree.  Think about it, if your following the laws on
transprotation, (usually means you can't have instant access to it, like say
the GLOVEBOX and ammo for guns must be seperate), the cop isn't going to
know, and 9/10 they'll issue you the ticket/warning and be on their way.
Unless it's Fayettenam then you get frisked/fondled, handcuffed, car
partially searched (without consent), then relased with your ticket, all for
a burn out tail light.
