[MR] Estrella War: Have you heard the rumors?

I'm still waiting for a Knowne World War where only Kings, Queens, Dukes and
Duchesses are allowed in the tourney. And at the end, one person is crowned
Emperor.
Or, if no one is will or able to host such an event, how about a rotational
'Emperor's Tourney' that takes place at a different war, each year? The idea
being that the winner has to defeat at least three other reigning
Kings/Queens in personal combat. How about making it a bit more interesting
and Make the combat a round-robin of heavy weapons, light weapons and tavern
brawl. Much like real-world politics...
