[MR] Speed Trap Season

For the legal comment, I got a ticket that I disagreed with a couple years ago.

Didn't pay it, went to court and challenged the cop.
I didn't get rid of the ticket but it was reduced to a PJC which meant no points off my license.

Course then again I am
