The problem here is, if this scroll was posted on somebody's website, with a disclaimer clearly stating that permission must be obtained before the image can be used, I don't know that there is anything she can do about it.

That's why, when I had my business webside running, I had my web designer disable the right-click function on a mouse, so that no one could scavenge/steal pictures of my designs.

 

It's something worth looking into, for anyone who has artwork or pictues on the internet.
