[MR] Public use of the term "medieval"

Rhiannon, I think our mothers must have played cards together.

I haven't mentioned one word about "SCA" or "events" or any of that to  
her for the past 15 years, and we've all been happier. She has her  
belief that I've "outgrown" it, and I don't have to hear the crap.

So... "events" are "going off to visit friends" and so on. It's really  
annoying sometimes, but one does what one must.
