You are certainly free to make that request.

You will be fought tooth and nail. Odds are you will lose.

There is *NO* evidence that this ruling has hurt the organization in
any significant way, only that some people have a theoretical concern
that this ruling *might* cause some neo-right wing "Free thinking is
the work of the Devil" Ultraconservative Christian group to deny us
use of a facility that, frankly, I have no interest in using in the
first place.

On the other hand, there is significant evidence that the motif in
question was used in Actual, Real Life, honest to God Heraldry...you
know...the stuff we're supposed to be emulating.

The balance of the argument goes significantly against your cause.

Unless, of course, you're going to suggest they ban any motif which is
even potentially offensive. Of course, in that case you'll have to
remove all crosses from Heraldry (offensive to Non-Christians, who do
outnumber Christians, ya know), all five pointed stars (offensive to
people that hate mullets), all unicorns (offensive to those folks who
mourn the fact the Unicorns didn't make the cut to get on the ark),
all fetterlocks (offensive to people that believe horses should run
free rather than being hobbled), all "per X engrailed" field divisions
(offensive to people that are afraid of the water), and the list goes
on and on.

Or, you could just realize that what someone puts on their device
doesn't impact *YOU* in the slightest, and live and let live.
