[MR] two pointed pentagrams

The Eastern Star is a solid star with each of it's rays a different color (My Grandmother was Eastern Star, and the one she had wasn't in an annulet) not a star voided and interlaced within an annulet - This is actually a rather ancient symbol called the Star of Solomon.
This is just a charge that has the possibility of use. Just like the Star of David and any number of other religious symbols (like the Tryskellion, the Cross, and the Varja).
religion and PR aside here -
I doubt seriously that there is going to be someone with a single large charge of a pentacle as their device for a very obvious reason - there are several single stars as devices and from a distance, a star voided and interlaced within an annulet isn't that discernable from a star voided within an annulet. I can see trios of "pentacles" maybe even a semy of pentacles, but not a single; and in my experience, folk have a tendency to overlook what a trio or a semy is made of and just look at the pattern.
now can we please stop beating the expired and reincarnated then expired again pitiful equine?

It's also used as the symbol for the Order of the Eastern Star.
Which is NOT a religion based organization.

In fact, the hubby's paternal grandmother was a member. I have her ring.

Since we're on the subject of education. I need to explain a little
about the two point up pentagram.
The two pointed pentagram was associated with Satan and Satanism back
in the 19th century. It was further adapted by satanists as their
symbol of faith.
However, modern Wiccans also use the two point up pentagram. They use
them to represent the 2nd level of initiation. This has nothing to do
with Satan or Satanism, and Wiccans do not believe in Satan.
