Arthurian heraldry is a poor example, not only is it fiction employing symbolism the heraldry often break the rules of at least English law on the subject. You do not appear to have said that previously.
While I do not know of any uses of a pentagram used as a heraldic charge
by actual period people, my knowledge of period heraldry is by no means
exhaustive. Furthermore, I *do* know that it is used on the arms
attributed to Sir Gawain, Knight of the Round Table, as desceibed in some
period versions of the Arthurian mythos.
