Ok, let's try this again.

Last night the BoD approved Duke Baldar's new CUBB/Fathead blunt for
use, effective immediately, and specifically including Pennsic.

Archers are advised not to rush construction of the new missiles to
such an extent that the adhesives would not have time to cure.  Leave
yourself a few days to be sure you're shooting the safest ammo
possible!
