[MR] Memorial for Duchess Arielle at Pennsic

Hi,
I just wanted to clarify that this memorial will not replace the memorial held in Charlotte after Pennsic and that the one in Charlotte will still be a public gathering. His Grace thought by having a memorial at Pennsic also, more people could gather (especially those who would not be able to make it to Charlotte) and remember Her Grace together.
