[MR] Where is the closest fighter practice to outer banks

The Shire of Cathanar, in New Bern, holds fighter practices (weather
permitting) on Monday nights, and at Monthly Meetings (which happen on
Sundays).

Our next meeting will be August 9.  I'll be updating our website today.
