#-04 is, I think, Lord-not-yet-Duke Richard, vs Sir Thorvald.
In #14, the "unknown" fighting Michael is also, IMO, Thorvald.
In #20, Olaf's opponent appears to be Richard.
#24 appears to be more Igor vs Guillaume.
#30 looks to be Thorvald versus, possibly, Reynard the Brown.
