in my camp we just grab the children (baited with sugary treats).  once you
have enough, lash their hands and feet to the next one (sort of spread
eagle) then tie off the first kid to a post, using a fence stretcher we pull
the last kid in the line to the final post and lash him to it using double
knots for security of course.

viola! youth fencing!

actually i have no idea but do plan on checking it out this year.
