When inspecting ammunition, please be aware of the force you use when stressing the heads.  Moderate force is all that is sufficient - a little twist to ensure that the tape holding the head to the shaft is still working, and a slight pull to determine that the shaft is firmly socketed in the UHMW or Baldur.  

Some give in the twist is allowed.  Almost no give (~1/4") is allowed between the tip of the shaft and the head.  We want to avoid any 'hammer effect' that actually multiplies the force leading to poke through.  In my experience, 'give' happens most often when the only tape used is electrician's tape.
