Apologies for those that get this multiple times. Feel free to cross post this to other lists if you wish.

It is with heavy heart that I report the passing of our mother, Charline Oliff - known in the SCA as Lady Clarice.

Charline Maxon Oliff went to be with her lord on Jan. 24, 2009 at her home in Palmyra, Va. She was the daughter of the late Ellis & May Maxon. Charline was preceded in death by a son Allen Oliff.
Loved ones that want to celebrate her life are her husband of 30 years Marvin Allen Oliff, Jr, four sons Charles and wife Rachel of Orange, James, John, and William of Palmyra. A sister Sylvia "Sami" Paradis and her husband Lane of Barboursville, a brother Edson "Max" Maxon and his wife Pam of Richmond and a number of nieces and nephews.

Charline "Charlie" was a teacher for 27 years with Fluvanna Co teaching Jr High, High School, 2nd grade and finally Pre-school Special Ed. which was her passion.
