We have three brewing classes running at Winter University on February
7, just outside of Richmond at Henrico High School, same place we had
recently had Unevent.

>From 10-11 Gunther von Lindenwald is teaching Mead Making 101 - it
won't be fermented yet so he can fully demonstrate at this dry site!

>From 11-12 I'll be teaching a class on Galen's Medicine, inspired by
trying to figure out medieval cordials. It looks like it'll be on
history and theory unless I get lucky with my sources; I want to talk
about specific herbs if I can.

>From 1:30-2:30 I'm reprising the Origins of Mead, which should about
coincide with the Compleat Anachronist's publication of my paper.

You have to have an Atlantia login to register. Please register. Get
your friends to register. Bring all the incipient brewers you know.
If we can't taste finished brews we can at least swap tales and talk
about them!

Hope to see you there!

Cheers,
Sorcha Prechan
