[MR] UoA #74 registration is now open

Registration for the 74th Session of the University of Atlantia is now  
open at http://university.atlantia.sca.org.

University will be held in the Barony of Caer Mear at Henrico High  
School in Richmond, Virginia (same site as Unvevent) on February 7.
