[MR] Open Flames

I would think the biggest issue with the candles - outside of site rules -
would be who gets th job of de-waxing all those table cloths if candles
are in abundance!  That's a thankless task for some poor soul to get stuck
with.
Perhaps folks should bring something to put under their candle holders to
catch any wax drippings.  Just a thought.
