[MR] Official Site restrictions for 12th night

The only official site restrictions we have are:
No Food or Drink in the Auditorium (where courts are being held).
No Smoking anywhere on campus. Inside or outside (including the parking
lots).
No Alcohol. The site is dry.
No Weapons. I have interpreted this to mean no live steel, and of course,
no firearms. Ceremonial weaponry (swords of state, props for a play etc...)
are fine.
The site is a Stafford County high school. Weapons restrictions are dealt
with stringently.
As far as open flame, don't go overboard. A few candles per table during
feast should be fine. Don't take anything outside the feast hall.
There will be several school administrators attending, so please don't
jeopardize our chances for using the school system in the future (this is not
directed at anyone in particular, just a general plea).
