gaston,
just a quick question/clarification
a 12' x 12' pavilion would actually have a footprint of 18' x 18' with an allowance of 3' on each side for guy ropes. 15' x 15' would only give a 1.5' fall for each rope.
regards
logan

Subject: [MR] FIELD CHANGES FOR YMIR
Due to site, and tourney format adjustments there are several changes you need to be aware of with regards’ to field lay out for Ymir. For the last several years rapier and heavy have each had a 50 x 50 field that was side by side, this year each form has their own 100 x 50 foot fenced in field! Unfortunately while there is a large covered shelter on one side of the list that is available to everyone, the rapier field does not have much if any room for pavilions around it. The heavy list does have room for pavilions around it and I have already begun to receive requests for space, however it is very possible that we will have to carry our pavilions onto the field, as the site is very hesitant about the amount of traffic on the field. If you would like to reserve field space for the heavy list field please email me at barongaston at gmail.com include
Your name:
Tent Size including 3 feet on each side for ropes (for example 12 x 12 pavilion would be 15 x 15)
Thank you,
Gaston
