Masters James of Rutland and Daniel of Rutland (MKA Jim Dronenburg and
Dan Weil) have a rental house just down the driveway from their
residence in Knoxville, MD, currently occupied by the illustrious
potter, Master Eadric, his fair wife, Lady Adele, and their fine,
strapping lad.  Alas, Master Eadric et al are moving out by April 1.
We are looking for new tenants and would dearly love to have Scadians
there.  Warning:  two tenants thus far have got their Laurels while
living there!  Hone your skills!  Less important features of house:  2
story with nice, big basement with lots of electrical outlets for
tools.  Main floor:  Living room, dining room, laundry, full bath,
kitchen, dinette, big screened-in porch with storm windows.  Second
floor has two bedrooms and a full bath.  Central air conditioning, oil
heat, on well and county sewer, liquid propane cooking stove. portable
dishwasher, view of Potomac, great for gardening.  Rent $1K & all
