[MR] Web server issues over the weekend

Greetings, Atlantia,

I must apologize to all for the web server issues this weekend.  For 
those who are unaware, we are in the process of changing web hosting 
services.  The plan is to be completely moved to the new service by the 
end of March.  This weekend, I was working on moving some web sites to 
the new server, and one of the changes I was trying to make caused the 
server to be inaccessible for most of Sunday.  It was up and running, 
but no one could actually get to it.  :(  I finally tracked down the 
issue and access to the server was restored about 4 pm Sunday 
afternoon.  I believe all the email that was being held on the server 
has now been delivered. 

For future reference, if you are having issues reaching 
atlantia.sca.org, you may contact me at cassandra AT jordanclan.net.  
There will be a few planned outages in order to prevent changes to data 
while we move it to the new service, so we don't lose any data in the 
transfer.  This weekend wasn't one of them.  :(  I will post messages 
here prior to planned outages.  But if there are other unplanned 
outages, now you can contact me about it in case I'm not already aware.  :)
