Barony of Bright Hills
Please join us as we follow Dante and Virgil on a journey into the underworld. We are assailed by beasts (a lion, a leopard, and a she-wolf). We fall into a "deep place where the sun is silent" -- the Inferno. We will be assaulted by wasps and hornets, wrapped in Minos tail, face the 10-eyed devil himself and angels both good and evil! All of this and more in the span of one brief day. Then, as if these dark challenges are not enough, at the end of our trip through the Inferno, we must face the perils of the Lochmere Arrow Course, as teams of two representing their Barony. The prestigious trophy is to be won only by an Atlantian team, although all can journey through the course. This weekend long event includes archery, a target archery marshal class, an advanced archery class, bardic competitions, and an A&S competition. It will take place at the Baltimore Bowmen club. Friday evening will be a pot lock travelers fare. Saturday will
include a continental breafast to benefit the Bright Hills Youth Archery program. We will have a dayboard prepared by Master Chirhart Blackstar and a feast prepared by House Blackstar on Saturday evening.
