Stierbach's Incipient canton of Abhainn Iarthair is currently working on
remedying this.  There have been regular practices, and there is a push
to have trained ground crews.  In fact at our Baronial Birthday there
will be equestrian activities, with the hopes of growing a more
productive community.

Now that is not "central" VA, but it is close.  So come out and have
fun!
