Well, this is an Atlantian list, and the Atlantian Order of Precedence lists
the Order of the Rose as a bestowed peerage.

I'm certainly not discounting your experiences and perceptions of the state
of affairs in Ansteorra, but again, this is an Atlantian list, and believe
me, speaking as a Laurel married to a Knight/Pelican, the Atlantian
non-Chivalric peerages are more than willing to consider the contributions
of non-armored combatants.
