[MR] Fourth peerage

Personally, I think we would be better off if our way of choosing Sovereigns
was not limited to armoured warriors.  That would have a far more positive
impact on the SCA than a fourth peerage.  

As for the rapier and siege community, master your art and the research on
it and you will find a welcome home in the Laurels.  I would prefer to see
mastery of research into chivalric theory added to the criteria for
knighthood which would even it out.
