[MR] 4th Peerage

I personally have no feelings either way on adding a Peerage for fencing or shopping. I merely find it unfair to disparage the rapier community by claiming that rapier is easier that heavy and there for not worthy of peerage. My problem is with people saying that others chose rapier because it isn't as dangerous, or difficult physically and emotionally and doesn't require the same commitment. Peerage question aside, I think it unfair to criticize another person's art.

There is only one flaw in that arguement, my lady.
A couple of times I have been to wars with "Shopping Points". Should we petition the BOD for a Peerage for that too? ;-)
I have a list of canidiates then....
