[MR] what's our oldest membership number?

Many years ago, Rorik and I had an accidental lapse in our memberships.
When we renewed, the Imperium refused to give us our old numbers back,  This
caused us some consternation, but there was nothing to be done.  They
saddled us with the horrendously high numbers of 9697 and 9698.  I am still
irked.
