This one is a little out of date but it gives most of the groups.
There was a series of maps covering the growth and developement of
Atlantia on display at Kingdom 12th Night. The gentleman who brought
them, Stephan of Cambion, lives in the Barony of Storvik. You might
try seeking him out to talk about the maps. Lots of history there.
