Hi All,

with Ymir this weekend, I just wanted to remind people about the necessary
forms if you are bringing a minor child who is NOT your own to the event
(i.e. you are not the parent/guardian).

You will need to get these forms filled out BEFORE you head to the event:

- Minor Medical Authorization form (online at
http://sca.org/docs/pdf/treatminor-notary.pdf) - filled out by
parent/guardian and NOTARIZED.
- Minor Waiver (online at http://sca.org/docs/pdf/treatminor-notary.pdf) -
filled out by parent/guardian

If you show up at the event with a minor and you are not the minor's
parent/guardian, and you do NOT have these forms with you, we cannot let the
child - and therefore, you - into the event.  This applies even if you are
the minor's grandma, big brother, best friend, next-door neighbor, etc.  The
above forms MUST be signed by the minor's parent or guardian, and the minor
form must be notarized.

So please plan ahead and take care of these forms - telling people they
can't enter the event is No Fun for me or for you - thanks!
