Compared to Gulf Wars or Pennsic, War of the Wings is tiny; however it is a large local baronial event. The numbers grow every year, and I expect that this year we will have no trouble breaking 1000. It is indeed a very fun event!

Of course a "BIG" event in the summer/fall is War of th Wings which has been held in Elkin every year so far... Can't miss it!

One of the bigger events for the local area is Ymir, which is coming up in a
few weeks - it's not terribly far from you, as it's near Sanford this
year.

Lilies isn't huge around here, most Atlantians go to Pennsic if they are
going to a war, with some attending Gulf Wars as well, though it's a bit
more of a drive.
