[MR] Storvik Novice?

Uncle Strykar wouldn't let me fight at Novice I. I pointed out that
I'd only been authorized for about 6 months. His response was that
since my first time in armor (Markland) had been 6 years before, and
I'd been fighting for a year in a kingdom that at the time didn't hold
formal authorizations, I did NOT count as a novice.
