[MR] 4th Peerage

Two gentle points:
1. Rapier is not practiced in all kingdoms, and is hardly practiced with the same level of skill and talent as our fencing community from realm to realm. Peerages should be universal. While rapier has been a part of our Kingdom's culture for about 16 or so years, it is not that ancient an art in other Kingdoms. Other martial arts mentioned in this '4th peerage' have been practiced even less that has rapier. Equistrian, for instance, the Sport of Kings, is widely varingly from kingdom to kingdom. It still amazes me that Central Virginia, prmie horse country, is also entirely with out SCA esquistrian activity.
2. Who said life was Fair? :-)
