Required Skills: HS Diploma and/or BA/BS degree preferably related to computer science or equivalent, work experience 1-4 years experience providing PC desktop support in a corporate WAN environment. (Preference for certifications in A+, MCP and/or MCSE). Experience with supporting enterprise-level printers. good knowledge of networking protocols and components within a corporate WAN. Experience with servers and troubleshooting server issues. Experience with networks and troubleshooting network issues.

(TSA)Headquarters, Arlington, VA-The Sr. Storage Engineer will support the Infrastructure Support (IS) team in the TSA Office of Information Technology Solutions Delivery Division. The IS Team is responsible for supporting all of the storage within the TSA infrastructure. This position will provide engineering and leadership support to IS across all areas but with a specific focus on Storage Area Network Services and related processes.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience managing operational environments consisting of EMC, NetApp and Quest storage management products. Research different mass storage solutions for use by TSA based on Application disk I/O requirements; ease of use for operations, monitoring, configuration; Operations and Maintenance costs; setup and purchase costs; scalability; disaster recovery capabilities. Will need to rapidly gain a detailed technical understanding of the TSA environment and the use of mass storage solutions.Investigation should include both centralization and decentralization to determine the best, most cost effective method for TSA per environment. Provide recommendations for optimization and fine tuning the current mass storage environment. Gather facts about the environment to ensure that the current method of our use of the TSA mass storage is configured optimally. May have to apply technical
expertise to advise, monitor and assist in the implementation of optimization solutions relative to design, implementation and O&M. Expertise in Capacity management and planning. Looking across the TSA environment and doing fact gathering to determine capacity requirements, capacity planning framework, and the best ways to meet current and future needs. Superior MS Enterprise background with experience implementing storage solutions. Backup and recovery expertise using tape, VTL, and archiving solutions relative to design, implementation and O&M. Strong Symantec knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities: Need for a bachelors degree is not mandatory; One (1) year experience in voice/VoIP and PBX; this junior position will not order or disconnect circuits.
