ACCEPS is now accepting Ymir reservations! Online reservations can be made
via ACCEPS until January 31, 2010.

After you make your event reservation for Ymir via ACCEPS (Ansteorra Credit
Card Event Payment System), please forward your confirmation email to the
Ymir reservationist, Lady Marion le Red (marionred at gmail.com), including
an indication of which group you would like to stay with if you will be
staying in a cabin.

Since many people in the kingdom are still new to using ACCEPS, we thought
you should know a few things about this system.

The ACCEPS system takes your registration information and then links you to
a credit card processing service. Once you finish with the credit card
portion of your transaction you are then sent back to ACCEPS. ACCEPS will
then send you a confirmation email. Please be patient and do not close or
refresh your browser. Each of these steps may take a bit of time to
process. Also, we have had a few reports that the confirmation email ended
up in an individual's SPAM folder as it may have been routed based on their
email security system and SPAM filters.

ACCEPS does not keep or process your financial data. The credit card
processing system handles your financial transaction and then sends back
confirmation information to ACCEPS. The confirmation number is not passed
from ACCEPS to the event staff.

ACCEPS does not send the event staff detailed reservation information
including names, types of reservations, etc. until approximately two weeks
before the event.

With this in mind, setting up group camping / cabins can be problematic for
the event staff. Two weeks is not a lot of time to get everything
organized. Therefore, we are asking for you to please forward your
confirmation email from ACCEPS to the Ymir reservationist Lady Marion le
Red (marionred at gmail.com).

If you have any questions about this please contact Lady Marion.

Sincerely,
Adriana
