[MR] Caer Mear Yule Celebration Reminders and Schedule

Greetings to the populace on this very crisp morning!
 
Yule is less than one week away - are you ready?!
 
Just a few reminders for Yule:
 
If you haven't already done so, please list your food item on the Caer Mear Group Database.  So far, there's only 12 entries!  If you cannot access the database please let Bojzena bojzena_555yahoo.com or myself with what you are bringing and we will list it for you.  Remember to bring a list of your ingredients.
 
This is a dry site, no open flames (no sterno, no burning candles etc), no animals other than service animals permitted.  This is an indoor event.
 
Bring your feast gear and table decor.
 
Remember your SCA membership cards and have appropriate waivers and authorizations signed for any children accompanying you without their parents.
 
Lemonade and Ice Tea will be provided.  I will also do some mulled apple cider.  
 
A&S Competitions:  There has been some confusion here and I will try to clarify.  There are 2 separate competitions: one is for the best table display/decor and there are 2 themes from which to choose.  (See prior posts).  The second competition is the Subtlety competition.  The current plan is to have a separate display area set up for the subtleties.  
 
The Yule Celebration Schedule:
3:00 pm Site opens-check in at troll
              Set up your table display & feast wear
              Set up your subtlety
              Games, dance lessons, general socializing and fun
              Children's Activity
5:00 pm A&S competition judging (to be announced at court)
5:30 pm Feast-pot luck 
             Court
             Dancing, socializing and more fun
9:30 pm Site closes
 
Court will be after feast the exact time is uncertain.
 
If for some unforeseen reason you find that you will be unable to attend the Yule Celebration even though you registered, please contact me off list.  The Great Hall continues to be filled to capacity!
