If they have 'generic' addresses like "Seneschal at
stierbach.sca.atlantia..." then yes, that info SHOULD (IMO) be public for
all to see.
But then again, officers have to have an expectation that their info will be
published, this is so folks can find them. If you don't want your stuff
public, don't become an officer.
Also, as a side note, your Acorn will have the info for the branch
seneschals, and if you don't know what group the area you're interested in
belongs to, call the ones you think they might be, officers should be more
than willing to get you in contact with the right people!
